Notes For Made To Measure Products
Please ensure that all measurements and specifications are correct. All orders are individually produced and an order cannot be cancelled or changed once the manufacturing process has started. All orders should be in writing. Wood is a natural product and therefore infinitely variable. The variations within the wood can result in subtle variation in colour. Due to limitations of photography, some colours shown in our brochure may vary slightly from the finished product. Due to the hand finish nature of patinated colours (antique, bronze, armoury black, gunmetal) actual colours may vary slightly, due to limitations of photography and printing colours may not be a perfect representation of the finished colour and should be considered as a guide only. Colour samples are available upon request.
A full scale template should be provided for all bent poles. The company will not be liable for dimensional or detail errors if such a template has not been provided.
An accurate full scale drawing should be provided for all bespoke brackets and other items. The company will not be liable for dimensional or design errors if such a drawing has not been provided.
Production Lead Times
Standard stock items will generally be despatched within 7 days of order. We will endeavour to advise of stock shortages within 24 hours of receipt of any order. Made to order goods, such as custom brackets or brass or wood poles and fittings will generally be despatched within 3 weeks of order confirmation and receipt of drawings or payment as required. Despatch times will vary due to manufacturing work loads. Please advise us if you are working to a specific date and we will endeavour to meet it. Despatch times are estimates only.
We advise you not book fitters or make other arrangements or commitments until the goods have been received and checked. The Company cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred if this advice is not followed.
